For all those that are interested in competing at the Pan American International Tournament on the weekend of November 9 and 10, 2012, here is some important information. Starting August 11 and for every saturday thereafter, Master Parra will train you to win a medal. Every Saturday training will go from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
